		<description>Chris -- I read the guest article and it was excellent!!! What&#039;s funny is the minute I started reading about breathing, I tuned in to the fact that I was shallow breathing. I stopped and took a few deep breaths, which felt wonderful. 

I also realized that I tend to shallow breathe more than I want to. Your article was a good reminder that I want to work on this. Thanks:~)</description>
