    Chris — I read the guest article and it was excellent!!! What’s funny is the minute I started reading about breathing, I tuned in to the fact that I was shallow breathing. I stopped and took a few deep breaths, which felt wonderful.

    I also realized that I tend to shallow breathe more than I want to. Your article was a good reminder that I want to work on this. Thanks:~)

    Hi Sara — I’m really glad you got something out of the article. Yes, I think we could all use a reminder to check in with our breathing once in a while, and let go of the tension that’s holding it back.
