		<description>Thanks Juliet.  I definitely experienced that for myself working as a lawyer, when I found myself trying to be hyper-aggressive at times.  When I finally became aware I was doing this, my experience of working started to change and more peace set in.  Just being aware of this sort of thing seems to be able to change our relationship with work.</description>

Useful post. I especially like your discussion of different work and life personalities. This is a good one for people to recognise. It requires quite a bit of energy to be inauthentic. So I think it&#039;s a good thing to look at especially if you are spending a huge amount of time at work.
