		<description>Chris...What an amazingly timely article. This has been a life-long issue for me, as it is, I&#039;m sure for many. From public speaking, to the closest of my relationships, the anxiety around not saying the right thing, at the right time, and in the right way... and whatever perceived life-threatening consequences that may come of that ... have really held me back from expressing my truest self. I will read this again and again, in hopes of recalling these words when I most need them. Thank you.</description>
