		<description>How true.  As a musician and a writer, I&#039;m constantly having to &quot;switch the channel&quot; of my brain back and forth, between my creative side and maintenance side.  I wish if it was more a mechanical process -- like changing a channel of a TV -- but I agree that creating a habit that signals the transition is probably the best we can do.
